Open Studio: Artist Profiles

Open Studio: Artist Profiles is your chance to create a professional video that showcases you and your art. Join us for this special studio open house and record a short profile video to introduce yourself, share your story, and highlight your work. Whether you're just getting started or looking to grow your audience, we offer free and low-cost options to help you confidently promote your art. Your video will air on Public Media Network, and you may share on social media, your website, at events—anywhere your art takes you.
 

• Introductory Artist Video – Free.
  Record a simple, studio-based video introducing yourself and your work. Name graphics are added live during the recording. A great starting point for a first-time promotion! You must be a resident of one of our municipal partner communities for this opportunity.
• Artist Profile with Visuals – $75
  Create a studio-based video of up to 2 minutes, featuring your recorded introduction and 5-7 high-quality images of your artwork added in post-production.
• Artist Interview Profile – $150
  Share your story through a guided, studio-based video interview. We'll craft a 2-minute artist profile that combines your responses with images of your work for a compelling and polished video.

Your Artist Profile Video is recorded in our Community Access Center at the Epic Center in Downtown Kalamazoo. Each session is scheduled in a 30-minute time slot. Please select your appointment time and send your high-resolution logo and any images (minimum size: 1920 x 1080 pixels) to aegriffin@publicmedianet.org. You'll receive a digital copy of your artist profile for review within 10 days of the recording date.
